PE FOAM SHEET

This is a floor curing sheet made by  polyethylene film onto Expanded Polyethylene FOAM
As a foam product, it is very light and easy to handle, and has excellent water repellency and moisture resistance. It can be easily cut with a cutter or scissors.
The foam polyethylene cushion on the back protects the flooring from scratches such as pebbles and sand.
Because it is 100% polyethylene, it does not produce dioxins when burned.

Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) is a closed cell non-cross linked PE Foam product which is a produced using low density Polyethylene resins with HCFC & CFC free gasses. Along with being a lightweight material, EPE Foam is also non-abrasive and chemically inert, water resistant and environmentally 100% recyclable.

EPE is the most commonly used plastic polymer in the world with annual production of 60 million tonnes - which considering its low density, is a heap - close to two billion cubic meters! It is produced through the polymerization of ethylene. The process forms long chains of ethylene which are linked, or not, depending on whether a catalyst is used in production. and that can be made in roll or sheet forms.
